Hello Trieu Minh Duc

This one works from Canada, prehaps you need to clean your cache/cookies. Or your ISP (service provider) like I believe others are having problems. Nice looking site.

Thank you for Frank and Gop comment and reply. We have made everything but until now nothing happened. I also think the reason may comes from our ISP (service provider) due to the switch from IPv4 to IPv6, but to tell them is out of our reach!

Hello Trieu Minh Duc

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot access your website. I can only confirm that I'm also able to view your website here in South Africa.

I will bring this problem to the attention of our specialists as you don't seem to be the only one from Asia who has this problem. Please do as Frank suggested and try to contact your internet service provider.

Do you have problems opening other websites on the internet in general as well?

Hello Trieu Minh Duc

Gop has given an informative explanation on why this could happen in Thailand. I'm not sure, but maybe it's a similar problem in Vietnam? Here is the thread I'm talking about: I can't view my website with Yola.

Thank you, Stefan Wagner. I've been in meeting so couldn't reply to you for a long time. During the meeting I asked a friend of mine to check the issue and he's điscovered that a firewall in US is blocking our access. Please try this and give me your advice, we cann't access our website for whole day now:

Thank you for this information. This I think is quite valuable and not something I have seen written on this forum before.

I'm glad your site is viewable and trust that you have permanently solved this issue at least?

A terrible mistake. I've typed incorrectly. You should read:
"...but ultil now we could NOT gain direct acccess to it... "
right now we have to visit our site througth a third party software :)))

Thats is aboslutely crazy having to use third party software! It;s not like your site is one of those P2P file sharing sites. Does it mean that everyone in your area has to use this software or a proxy server just to visit your site? And will you have to buy this software or service? If so, I'm leaning toward a scam afoot.

@Frank: we have to use 3-rd party software or website to by pass the firewall.
All softwares and websites are free. I have to email to my friends how to to do all things to get access to the website.

Hello again Trieu Minh Duc..

I still think that it's no good that you, your friends, visitors and potentional visitors to your site have to use something to circumvent this. And it's not like putting a link on your site for this software/service would do any good. The people who would need it can't get to your site to use it. And you certainly can't email all those people that are trying to visit, when you don't know that they are.

Sorry, I can't help from this side of the planet.

But tell me how could we do? I just want my friends within the country to get access to the site, those from outside aren't concerned.
I know that some websites within the hosting server caused firewalling and when they block the server our website is also blocked.
It'd better if Yola can move our website to another hosting server.

I did a quick look-up on this
http://www.ip-adress.com/whois/lhsbul...
Registrar is Tucows.com same as mine in Toronto
Your server IP 72.52.4.95 , Gaithersburg, MD in United States
ISP: Prolexic Technologies,
Your Name servers are there too.

How accurate these findings are I don't know, go to Google or Yahoo and type "Whois", you should get a list of sevices, then type in you URL on them.

A similar thing happens with Yola built sites when viewed from within China. They very often are placed behind the Great Firewall. It's probably a political thing and very little that can be done about it. I hope that it just drops away in time.

Why certain providers are blacklisted is almost impossible to reason why or to find out when it happens in China, then all of a sudden it opens to be closed again soon after?

PS: I am not implying that the Vietnamese internet policy is based on the Chinese model, simply an example of what has happened and still does there.

Thank Gop for comment and information.

We recommend Yola to make every effort so that our webpage not be affected by firewalling because our website does not violate anything.

I would not think that Yola would be able to do anything about this if it is a domestic activity in Vietnam. Yola have no control on what another countries' internet policies are or how they can be modified or changed for their users.

@Gop: I mean Yola can emigrate our page to another server.
I'd informed that they're try to prevent people from accessing betting websites during the Euro '12, because betting is not allowed in VN. We just hope the banning will discontinued after the championship.
