Site update in the middle of the business day?

Functionality of site builder is limited - cannot add/delete edits, changes not saving, and message comes up that Sitebuilder is being updated.  I struggle to understand how it is reasonable to do such an update in the middle of the business day (a Wednesday at 3:30pm NY time).  And without any posting, advance warning, messages, or ETAs.  Very poor planning.

Hello Howard,

Thank you for reaching out to us today!

I am sorry to hear your are experiencing this issue and understand how frustrating this must be for you. However, we do not have any updates happening at the moment and I am able to successfully edit websites through the Sitebuilder.

For us to effectively troubleshoot a problem we need to be able to replicate it. In order to do so, could you please share the name of your domain with us?

In the meantime, it is our job to make sure you can use the tools in the Sitebuilder effectively and I'd like to offer some suggestions that may solve the problem you are having:
  1. Try clearing your cache. Here is a link with information on how to do this: Clear Your Browser's Cache.
  2. Make sure you are using an updated version of your browser.
  3. Try using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox, as these browsers seem to work best in the Yola environment. Both are free to download, if you'd like to try them: Download Chrome or Download Firefox. Please note that although we find these browsers work the best, we can support you if you are using another browser as well.
  4. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.
  5. Please try using a computer on another network.
Please let me know how this goes and if I can assist you further.

Kind Regards,
