site won`t publish

I am building my site and altho it saves OK and I can see Preview when I hover over Publish it puts up message about domain name and click again. If I click Publish the pop-up appears with the spinning wheel but site won`t load. Also if I put site name into google it directs me to site (name appears) but click on it gives message to me to say Wit advises I publish site!!
I sent e-mail to Yola support hours ago, on related issue and got reply asking for more info which I sent along with details of problem of publishing - heard nothing...
However, overall as an existing longtime user with Yola, building other sites with Yola, I must say service is usually excellent. Looking forward to this issue being resolved soon.

I see several published websites in your account. Can you tell me which one you are struggling with and let me know if it's ok for me to test publishing it on my end please? Thank you!

Hi Laura. Thanks for replying and offering to help. More by luck than anything else (I am so much not a geek) I think I`ve solved it. I checked on the log-in and clicked Domains, checked the advanced? tag and saw it said that domain name which I had registered and paid for was not active (or words to that effect) so not knowing what to expect hit keys to activate and het presto - up came message "site published" went on site builder did some editing, previewed, and published.
It just amazes me that apart from you I have heard nothing from anyone to offer to help.
However this has not destroyed my support for Yola who have provided a good service.

Hi Steve,

I see both Jen and Vika reached out to you today to assist you via email. Your case with Vika is still open and she will follow up with you when she's back online.

It sounds like your domain was suspended because it wasn't verified as is required by ICANN. This is a requirement for all domains. We email steps to verify your domain to the email address associated with your domain registration. You can read more about it here.

Happily I see legendofjacktheripper.com
is now verified and I resent the verification emails for allaboutlittlemix.com and littlemixmagazine.com. Please follow the same steps to verify them so they will not be suspended.

Thank you so much, Laura. You are a star - and restore my faith in Yola :)
I can see the problem now you have explained in a clear easy to understand way without asking questions I have no idea what they mean or why. As requested and using your simple to use instructions I have updated the verification of the domains for all three by using access on the log-in domain option. It would appear (and I`m only guessing) one of the problems was I did not fill in the correct name details on the registration form. This has now been corrected, update, and got the message on the form to say update successful. Hopefully this is now OK. could you confirm that I`ve done this correctly or acceptable to ICAAN? Also could you confirm that this does not affect my privacy i.e. this info is not accessable (I paid for this option when I set up accounts I think)?
You are brilliant, fast, helpful and showed the empathy and help beyond what I expected.
This is not the place to publicly voice my opinion on the service I received from others - but would say they could both learn a lot from taking a leaf out of yoir book.
Well done and thanks for making me one happy bunnu again.

Could you please let me know if everything is OK now with the registration, and my privacy is still unaffected.

HEY!! me getting a "well done" (that does not happen - heehee). Glad that it`s all verified and thanks for confirming domain privacy is protected. Yeh guess we are on the same page - but that is down to you actually listening (or rather reading) and then solving the issue. The kind words are no more than you deserve and maybe you should take a "screen shot" and post it up (sorry - could not resist that - OK I`ll stand on the naughty step). Seriously though, what drive me insane for hours, you solved in minutes - simply and easily. Good on you. A credit to Yola (anyway you can get another "star" - I`m serious?
