Sites not loading in MyYola

I have asked this question before tonight. Is the site builder down and why does no one respond to the question?????

Is the site builder down and what is happening?? Everything else seems to work but my sites will not load.

Is anyone else having this problem

Hello Rjk1,

I am sorry you are having this problem.

It is our job to make sure that you can access your sites in the Sitebuilder, but unfortunately there are any number of factors that could be interfering with your ability to do so.

We have been receiving some other reports of this nature and are currently working to troubleshoot the problem. We have figured out a way to allow you to continue working on your site as we resolve this issue. Once you have logged into your account, please use this link to continue to access your site: http://sitebuilder.yola.com.

We would really appreciate it if you could check a few things from your side to help troubleshoot the problem.

If you could try Safari to see if this temporarily resolves the issue?

Also, if you are using Internet Explorer, turning off compatibility mode could solve this as well.

To help us better find out what the problem may be, could you please let us know the following?

1. Which browser, and version, you are using and does switching to Safari fix the issue?
2. Do you have any antivirus software installed?
3. If possible, please send us a screen shot of what your page looks like when it is loading (in .jpg, .gif or .png format) so that we can see what you are seeing.

Your feedback on this will be most appreciated as we try to get to the bottom of this.

Changing the compatibility mode worked.

I am in Canada.
I am using a PC and the browser is Internet explorer 8
The anti Virus is Norton 360

I was having the same issue, in FF, IE, Chrome, Safari, and Seamonkey. I have an advertising blocking app, and when I disabled that the problem went away.

If you still experience any My Yola problems can you please try clearing your cache and restarting your browser. how to clear your cache

I have used the site builder tonight and it works fine.
The only issue I noticed was trying to load a picture.
Seemed to have a problem with that. But when we used the text and insert image it worked fine that way.
