site builder y it don't load i got it to work ones but after that i get this gay html code some time when i do Shift+F5 please help me

Hello,
If you feel you have copied and pasted text on your site, you will find #3 on the tutorial useful, as by pasting your text into the box on the HTML site, and pressing the 'ok' button, your text will now have all rich text format removed. You can then copy the text from that site and paste it back onto your page.
