Make sure you have the correct site selected just above the "Your site is published to the web. Anyone can see it." on the left where it says Select Site:
When you sign in at Dashboard.

Hi Joe,

I had something similar happen a few hours ago. The sitebuilder told me that I didn't have any sites! Well I do and by going out and then back in I had created a few sites within a matter of seconds :) I suspect that this is some glitch in the sitebuilder and it will probably pass. Try it again and see if this persists and update your report here. If it won't engage then the engineers will obviously need to locate it and fix the problem for you.

make sure that you clear your cache. The other routine aspects seem to be fine if you can get into your partners website builder. It's always a good strategy to check things like the Flash, Java and browser updates. If you have the convenience of another computer it's worthwhile trying access from such and finally if you can also try accessing your sitebuilder through another ISP that really helps identify a local problem (your PC(s) or connection) from a broader issue.

Thanks for your help, i think you were right Gop, i've just logged in now and all is fine, it must have just been a glitch with site builder that has now been resolved.

Thanks again

Good that you are back to it Joe. Great to know that the work of the techs is also paying off.
