yes its still down it says Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What you can try:
this goes to the dianose screen and says u guys r down and unable to connent to sever on google chrome mozilla and ie i cant evin log into my site or goto yolasites.com

the message i get for the web site is like my internet just went down and i thought it was down till i seen my weather thing was workin on my desktop tryed to goto google and it loaded right up

Thanks Jarret for providing those. We have not had any other reports of trouble with sites being viewed in Canada, but are still looking into the issue. Have you tried to get to your site from more than one computer? If you could try from another computer on a another network, or ask someone else to try to access your site from another computer on another network that would be really helpful.

Here's what happens when I try to go to www.yola.com

The webpage "www.yola.com" cannot be found DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken.

Is this happening to anyone else?

We still do not know why this is happening. Unfortunately the more isolated a problem the longer it takes to troubleshoot but we are looking into it.

We will get back to you with an update as soon as we have any further information, but at the very latest we will get back to you by tomorrow (8April).

Can you guys check your websites again and let us know if they are still down?

Our ISP has informed us that it could be that a firewall is blocking them.

If your sites are still down, please go to http://whatismyip.com/ and find your IP address. Then email us at support@yola.com and we will be able to check if it is a firewall issue.

Just tried www.yola.com and it's working now. I am also able to access my Yola website to make changes. Everything seems to be working again.
