Hi tbp,

I am sorry you have not received a response from us regarding this issue. Could you let me know which address you sent your previous support requests to? We take our customer support very seriously and pride ourselves on our response time.

Regarding your site not being available, could you let us know which site you are referring to? If you have published your site to a domain and the domain has expired, you will experience a problem accessing the site.

Hi tbp,

I see your domain www.aviaform.com expired on 22 July 2011 and while we are able to recover it up to a month afterward, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to restore it beyond that.

Could you let us know whether you received the renewal reminders for this domain? These are generally sent out a few months before a domain expires.

When a domain expires, it will go through a deletion process at the registrar, and then will be offered back up for purchase once it is available. Regardless of where you register your domain, the domain registrar only has a 30 day window in which to retrieve lapsed domains.

This is to protect users who let their domains lapse in error while still keeping the process moving forward to prepare domains for sale again.

Your only option at this stage is to wait for the domain to be released and then repurchase it. To do this, you will first need to unpublish your site by following the steps on this link: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article....

You can then check if your domain is available and repurchase it by following these steps: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article....

I am sorry I don't have better news about your domain, and I hope this helps!
