Hey Tracy,

Can you post your website address?

This way we can determine what's happening.

Hello Tracy and Condo58,

I am sorry that you are both facing issues with viewing your published websites. Currently, while using Firefox 3.6.8 I have no troubles viewing either of your websites. I am attaching a screenshot of what I see while visiting both of your sites. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Firefox. If that does not solve the issue, please try clearing your cache:

Yes, the site is finally up on firefox too but it had nothing to do with my cache. All of my users experienced the same problem for at least 6 hours.

I would appreciate you looking into the cause to ensure it does not happen again.

Hello Tracy

Thanks for the clarification. Can you please try the following to regain access to your Sitebuilder:

1. Clear the cache in your browser.
2. Make sure you have the latest Flash and Java update.
3. Try using a different browser. We recommend using Firefox; it's free to download.

If none of those work, please let me know. As for your domain not working, can you please let me know what your domain URL is so that I can take a look at what's going on?

Hello audioworkshop1

It sounds like this may be the first you are hearing of the Denial of Service (DoS) attack we experienced recently. You may be interested in reading the blog post from our CEO on the matter: Recent Yola outage: Here's what happened. This was also sent in the form of a direct email to our users so I am sorry if you did not receive it.

Because of the DoS attack, it was necessary to block our old IP address completely and migrate to a new one. This means that you will need to go into your account settings with your registrar and remove the old IP address of 208.75.208.172 and repoint the A Records to 184.72.229.176.

We have a tutorial outlining the steps to configuring your domain: Publish to a domain you already own. For detailed instructions for a few specific domain registrars please click on this link: Domain Configuration with GoDaddy, Register.com & other domain registrars. Once you have re-pointed your domain to our new IP address, it will again be published and live on the Internet within 24 hours.

We are deeply sorry for the impact that this has had on your website and your business. We are committed to a full resolution of the problem and will do everything in our power to prevent it from happening again in future.

Please let me know if you need any other assistance.

Try: 1: downloading the newest version of FireFox, if you don't have it.
2: Clear your Cashe (Go under tools/options & you'll find the cashe)
3. Wait for it.... Took mine 24 hrs. to just come back up...

Good luck!
