Hello Saml

Are you sure you didn't add the "/" to your URL when you entered it with Google Webmaster? Sometimes it can be added automatically when you copy/paste URLs. When you paste or enter your URL, please make sure that there is no "/" at the end of the URL.

i copy pasted the site address in the add a site place
i noticed it had the"/"in the address
i then removed the / by pressing backspace
then clicked verify the site
tried the meta tag method
but it failed i noticed that in the message 'We weren't able to verify your site: http://dragonballzgamesforpc.yolasite...' the / is still there

Hello Saml

When I check what you entered into the field under Site Settings > Google Webmaster, I can see that the code has been added incorrectly.

Please only copy/paste the code between the quotation marks as outlined in our tutorial Google Webmaster (search for paragraph "This is the tricky part").

We don't offer the html file option because you can only upload html files with Yola Silver or Yola Gold, and it's more complicated and less safe because it requires to edit the head section of a website. If errors are made, the whole website can break and become inaccessible. I hope this makes sense.
