Site not loading

I can load my site onewomannorthwest.yolasite.com in sitebuilder. When people search for it via google they are unable to load it in various browsers. Anyone help please?

I can load it from Google on Firefox and Int Explorer, both with and without www prefix. Which browsers are they using?

i am having the same problem sometimes loads quick other times its taking forever ,checked computer all fine with loading all other sites ,tried in diferent browsers also ...seems like Yola Problem...please advise

I cannot replicate the issue you are reporting. I am able to both open your website http://onewomannorthwest.yolasite.com/ in your Sitebuilder and view it on the web, through or not through Google. Has it sorted itself out in the meantime?

If not, please try to clear your cache and cookies, and see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't, please let us know.

By the way, I love that flipsnack feature on your site.

I am able to now load the site but when I click on the menu buttons some page just won't load (blog) I Have cleared cookies and cache and I think all the photos etc are optimised. Not sure what else to do. This has been working fine up until this week. I love Yola but really unsure what to do next.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have asked a couple of people around here on different computers and at different places, and they all including me can open your website and your blog page without problems. Your site is not too full, so it can't be a file size issue. I must admit I'm a bit clueless on this, and it's not easy to diagnose the cause of the problem from here, but I'm sure it's not a technical issue on our side.

Have you added anything new to your browser or your computer recently, like a browser add-on/plug-in or a new software on your computer that controls all processes?

Please try to open your site in a different browser and on a different computer, and let us know what happens. Thanks for working through this with us.

Yes I can load the site on my mobile and other laptops.

It is loading on my PC but very slowly so I will start uninstaling all unnecessary programs. Many thanks for your help with this problem.

I'm happy it works on other laptops at least. Hm, couldn't really help you, wish I could do more for you, but the cause seems to be somewhere on your computer. Hope you will get this working again. In the worst case you should try and get some nerd to examine your computer. ;-) Hope you will be able to enjoy Yola soon again as you did before!
