Hello,
I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble with this, it is very frustrating when the Sitebuilder won't load. Can you do a few things and then give it another try:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

3. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

4. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hi there,
We're definitely looking into this, some other people have been reporting some problems as well. Would you be able to post a screen shot here of what you see when the sites do not load, I'd like to see what you are seeing. Can you also please let me know where you are located.

Thanks much,
Emmy

I'm having the same problem....been like this for two days.

I log in and then it just says Loading Sites and Loading Stataus with two spinning arrows and that's it!! Did manage to get in straight away on my laptop and mobile phone but really need to work from my pc.

Have cleared the cache, accepted the cookies and downloaded latest version of Adobe. Interestingly I have just loaded with no problems by opening in safari...so must be internet explorer problem....any help gratefully received but at least I can work on it through safari so I'm not totally stranded.
Many thanks.

Hi Michelle,

Thanks for that information - it is really useful to us and I have passed it on to our engineers. Could you let us know whether your laptop, mobile phone and PC are using different networks? And, if so, would you mind letting us know which country you are in? If you don't feel comfortable sharing that information on a public forum, you are welcome to mail us at support@yola.com.

I'm glad you have found a workaround, and thanks for your patience as we work on resolving this.

Both my pc and laptop are on the same network via a router. I'm in the UK. I tried posting a screen shot but when I copy and pasted it just came up as html type language...so not quite sure how to do that!! My laptop has Windows XP and my PC has Vista, so don't know if that has anything to do with it. For your information my PC is a Vaio and my laptop is Toshiba. Also I'm able to access my site on my iphone also which accesses it via Safari. I thought originally that the problem was with internet explorer but I can access the site with ie on my laptop but not on my PC. It's all very strange, I wonder if that narrows it done to Firewalls and safety programs.
Anyway good luck to your engineers and I hope you manage to get it sorted.

Hello all,

I wanted to update you on our progress with this bug. The problem we are having is that we are having trouble replicating what you all are seeing. What this means is that we need to be able to see and experience the bug ourselves to troubleshoot the underlying cause. What we are doing right now is trying to gather as much information as possible from people to see what the pattern might be. Such as a certain browser, operating system, geographic location etc.

Some people have said that switching their browser to Safari solved the problem. We do understand that switching browsers is not the best solution, but until we have this fixed up it could provide some relief. Here is a link to do this if you do not currently have Safari: Download Safari.

If you are able to provide us with some information it would greatly help with our troubleshooting process:

1. A screen shot of what your page looks like when it does not load.
2. The browser you are using, does switching to Safari work?
3. Your geographic location.
4. Are you working on a PC or Mac?

Thanks much for working with us on this.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

I've tried several times in the last few days, but I can't get into my site to post a blog update. I can see it on the web, but not on yola.com. Do I owe you money or something?

Dear Mr & Mrs Yola

I still can't access my websites and it's been about 3 to 4 days. I read your message and have cleared cookies, installed flash but still it won't let me "load sites". If I want to make a payment to you, there seems to be no problem with that page.

P/s could you kindly look into this again. Maybe it's something technical from your end. I checked the FAQ's and about a year ago, one of your employees wrote that there were problems with loading sites due to server errors. So, it doesn't seem to be a new thing.

Many Thanks, Please Help. I need to update my business sites for training sessions this week.

Hello everyone,

I am happy to report that the bug you were experiencing has been fixed! If you do still see a problem, clearing your browser's cache will most likely take care of this: clear your cache.

Thank you very much for your patience while we worked on that and please let us know if you have any further troubles.
