Hello June Van Putten,

There is a little save button in the site builder. Here's a screen shot:

Just click that and it should work and save it. If it is faded that means it is already saved and once you edit the website a tiny bit, it will turn back on.

Now, to publish these changes, click the green "Publish to the web" There are indicators next to it telling you if the changes are published or not. If it is on red that means you haven't even put the site on the web yet. If it is yellow that means you have changes something on the website and to put it back on green, just save and then publish the page.

If none of this is working please try the following:

1. Update your Java.

2. Update your flash.

3. Clear your browser's cache.

4. Log out and then login again.

5. Try another browser or computer.

If none of these suggestions solve your problem please let me know.

Can you also post your website's URL and a screen shot of the site builder? Thanks!

Sincerely,
Nathan Johnson

Hi June Van Putten,

Can you please confirm if you are still struggling with publishing your site or if Nathan's thoughtful reply put you back on track?
