Why is it that Sitebuilder is not showing what it's supposed to be showing? Let me explain, I am currently building the my site and formerly it had two columns. Then I changed my mind and now made it into a single column. I published it to the web and it's showing a single column, but he Sitebuilder still has the two column on the editing page. No amount of refreshing the page is working? Could you please let me know what I should do? I'm currently stuck in editing the site. Thanks.

Hi Joseph,

Could you please share your URL for us to investigate further.

Also, have you tried clearing your cache?

Oh, thank you Andi and Sanja. It's okay now. I deleted the entire website and started again from scratch. It's working now.

Hi Yola Team,

At this moment, here is my problem:

Hi, I just wanted to know if the sitebuilder is down? First, it took to long to sign in to yola.com/login and then when I clicked Create New Site, it took to long to see the page. However, the page shown is a blank page with nothing in it. I tried for the nth time, but to no avail. Please update me on its status. Thanks

Hi Joseph,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. I have just tested this in my own account and was able to create a site, so I don't feel this is system wide. Can you try a few things and see if it makes any difference to your ability to create a new site:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

3. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

4. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

Please let us know how this goes for you.

HI Emmy,

I've done as instructed by still the problem persists.

It's showing Content Encoding Error, network error message, no submit button is showing whenever I try to refresh the yola login page.

And when I do get on the site to create a new site, it takes so looong to load or does not load at all.

It even redirected me to a French yola login

What do you think is wrong here?

Please see pictures...

Hi Joseph,
Thanks for posting the screen shots, that is very odd indeed. Thank you for trying the suggestions I offered. We are not receiving other reports of this very nature, so it is difficult for me to say at this point what is happening for you. Were you able to try from another computer on another network? Also, I would suggest that you possibly put in a call to your ISP and see if they have any suggestions as to why you cannot access yola.com successfully, possibly there is some sort of ISP caching going on. I am also going to ask someone on this side to look at the screen shots you posted. If you are able to, can you let me know if you are seeing this from multiple computers, or just one.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
