Can't worik in my sitebuilder when using firefox. I can log in to my website but I can't work in it, can't upload pictures, the menu's don't work, nothing works! This is going on for quiet some time now. I'm also using safari which worked as a back-up but even this browser isn't doing the things I'm used to.
Yes, I cleared cach, cookies, etc... I even reinstalled the all the browsers....
Help needed, quickly

Hello Ron,

The lead time on responses by the CS people is 48-72 hours but as you have seen is often much quicker.

You've performed the first steps of the recovery investigation and I would also consider the possibility of bad code in the site somewhere. Typically third party widgets or HTML code and more commonly rtf text that is causing issues with your site-builder.

After/before that I would look at a different computer on the same network>same on a different network> different pc on a different network.

The above steps cover the recommendations for investigation. Hopefully this will identify the problem.

I'm trying this as we speak, on my daughters laptop. Here there aren't any problems. I can do anything I want without any problems.

Any other suggestions?

And about the respons time, you are correct, this was just my frustrations comming out ;)

I've been communicating with support, now I know it is something on my computer and I expect it has to do with the java updates. I have uninstalled all previous versions of java and made double sure I have the latest Firefox and java. What happens for me is that I can get in to my yola - and see everything except that when I click sitebuilder, I go to a log in screen, and can't log in to use sitebuilder.

I tried logging on at another computer and didn't have any trouble

Glad to hear the Java update got you both back in your Sitebuilder. Outdated Java or Flash are often the culprits if your Sitebuilder starts to act up and the normal troubleshooting steps aren't working.

So glad to see you working together for a solution and sorry for any frustation you may have experienced.

DIdn't work for me, glad it did for you! This morning for the first time I thought to try to log in from my little tablet and had the same problem. That was the first time I could consider what support had suggested once, that it was my Mifi hot spot device from AT&T. Still doesn't make any sense because the yola site builder is the only thing I have had trouble with. But at her suggestion, I took the tablet to the AT&T store, logged into their network, and it opened.

So a replacement is on the way, and I am glad I called and that I had good dialog with support. She encouraged me to go ahead and try installing the older version of java, which I did - of course clearing cookies and cache numerous times - I even restored to the earliest back up point my computer had available all with no change. That was before it ever occurred to me to try it with the tablet.

So - I still don't have the ability to edit my sites, but hopefully will in the next couple of days. They didn't have a device in stock so it has to be shipped.
