Ohhh!

New computer
New ISP and dedicated cable connection. :)

I suspect that this is a specific connectivity issue with Yola if all web-sites are working and will probably right itself at anytime. I wouldn't be tempted to try many things for a while but maybe try a ping.

You could try to ping yola.com and see if there is any response. That will tell you if there is or isn't connectivity now.

Hi Vadim,

Could you let us know whether you are able to open any other websites, or whether this problem is limited to your Sitebuilder?

As Gop mentioned, it might also be worthwhile to try open your Sitebuilding using a different internet service provider connection, and possibly even a different computer.

A ping an ICMP/network layer protocol that only tells you if you have connectivity to the Yola servers. A ping test will not tell what is going high up in the stack at the application layer.

If you can access sitebuilder.yola.com (which you can) in your browser that means you have beyond ping ability to connect with yola.com

I did another test to prove out that this is an issue specific to my site at yola. I have a second website on yola that I am able to edit without a problem.

Can you please provide the email for Silver support and escalate this issue to them.
