Sitebuilder missing images

Hi
I have used sitebuilder to make a website and it's working well.
Two days ago I added a page and published it to the web and that went well.
Today I looked at the page on the web and decided to do some editing. When I opened the page in sitebuilder the images/pictures didn't show up but they do on the website.
Am I doing something obviously wrong ?

Hi Janet,

Probably not. Suspect this was because of some extra load on the sitebuilder servers maybe due to work the programmers were doing or some other demand? It's probably worthwhile checking again after a period of time and if still not there wait even longer.

I would check the file Manager though just to make sure that the images are in the File.

I appreciate your reply and I'll take your advice. I did check the ffile manager and everything seemed in order.
Thanks again

Hello Janet

Temporary glitches in Yola Sitebuilder can happen. You can also reload the Sitebuilder view by clicking on the round arrow next to the Page Selector. You can reload your whole page using the icon of your browser. Or you can quickly switch to My Yola and open your website again from your My Yola dashboard.

If the issues should persists, please let us know, and don't forget to provide your URL or login e-mail to your Yola account (not your password).

Hi and thanks again for the reply.
I left the sitebuilder alone for about 36 hours and the problem remained. Only one page was affected. The images still weren't visible but the re-sizing handle was. I re-loaded the images from the file manager and they loaded to the same size as I had them originally. All seems OK now. Thanks again.
