Slideshow widget incompatible?

I have some slideshows from Rock You in my blog. By posting these slideshows though, I am unable to access the "New Post" and "Blog Manager" with FireFox (It works fine in IE7).

I thought perhaps the problem is that I'm using a slideshow that is incompatible with Yola. So I decided to try the slideshow that Yola has integrated which is "Slide.com". Sadly, this too blocks my access to the "New Post" and "Blog Manager" in FireFox.

Can someone on the Yola team please take a look at this?

p.s. I did send an e-mail support but this entry contains further information since that e-mail was sent.

Littleus have you checked your widget to see if it is showing any interference?

I know sometimes two widgets can play havoc with each other with feeds.

I was thinking your wowzio.

have you tried removing that one and seeing if it has any effect on your other slideshows/blog management?

OH I see... I added the wowzio thing later. I've been having these problems for a long while now. At the time, I just thought it was my computer cuz I was having so much trouble with it. I just put up with it knowing that I was gonna get my new computer. Now I have the new computer and the trouble is still persisting. Now I know it's not my computer.

Furthermore, it works in IE7. So, I would assume it's not my wowzio widget at all.

Thanks for your suggestion though.

I should also add that I don't have the wowzio widget on my test site which is also showing the same problem.

OK. Thanks for clarifying that.

Would you know if you have two or more Flash movies running concurrently displaying slide shows?

I don't think it's the feeds as such because FireFox 3 can handle 6 feeds concurrently from the one domain.

On my test site, it's just the one slideshow.

Just got an e-mail from Monique. She said that they did not anticipate people putting flashshows on their blogs. It's a bug on their end.

Thanks for trying to help!
