Would it be possible, once you have logged into the sie builder, for you resend us this support request from the 'Contact Support' option from the Help menu (situated at the top right-hand side of the site builder).

What you are experiencing is a bug on our part and it will be fixed soon. Unfortunately I can't give you a date yet. I'm sorry that you can't access your File Manager and hope you can wait just a little while longer.
