I also see Monique as the best - If your getting help from her its like complaing about a burger at Mc D's to Ronald McDonald himself :)

She's community manager for a reason and its certainly well deserved.

Happy to help, but now you and I need to stick with the same conversation until we have your email all up and running as it should be!

I notice you have started a number of new topics. We need to find a thread that you can stick to until this is resolved.

So you can do either one of the following:

1) Answer back directly on this thread. Tell me what you have tried so far and what is not working for you.

2) Write an email to support@yola.com and mark it "Attention Monique".

We need to have some dialog to figure out what is going on, and how to fix it. To do this we just need to agree where to "meet up" in cyberspace so that have this chat until this problem is behind us and you are enjoying the full value of your domain.
