Some issues about blogging

A couple of issues:
1. Linking my blog to Facebook used to mean the photo attached to the blog post came up on FB. Now all I get is my Twitter or FB logo that are on the blog. No other images are given as thumbnail options. I'd like the images I've used on the post to come up. It seems to be ok when Networked blogs feeds the blog onto FB.

2. I use the HTML 101 page to copy from Word 2010 to my blog - as suggested by you. But I'm having a couple of problems with it: i, the final paragraph from each copy from Word into the 'paste from word' loses its formatting and has to be redone. This happens every time - no matter whether the post is long or short or whatever size the last paragraph; and ii, copying into the 'paste from word' box first time does not work. I have to paste into the box click ok, and open box a second time for the text to appear in the main editor. Neither are big problems - but are annoying.

And finally, a question: will you be introducing a feature that allows me to schedule blogs for the future?

Thanks for all the help. Loving Yola!

Hello dyfed,

1. It appears that Facebook made some changes to their API's, and in the process broke the thumbnails. We are hoping to fix this up but the time frame for this is yet to be determined. Our engineers are looking into it.

2. I'm sorry to hear this. I am not exactly sure I'm know the issue that you're describing. It may be related to your browser or your Flash and/or Java needing an update. Can you please try a different browser to see if that makes a difference and also try updating your Flash and Java?

If the issues still persist, another alternative is to paste your Word text into Notepad. This will strip the inherent formatting. Then, you can copy and paste into your blog post safely. You will need to use the blog's Text Editing Toolbar to format your text as needed.

3. We do not have any plans at this time to have scheduled blogs.
