I got a free site, domain and hosting last year with Yola. Will I be charged for any of these after 12 months? Will it remain free forever?

Hi J Blackmore

I notice that you signed up through the Get British Business Online program. The purpose of this program is to give small businesses a head start by providing a free domain and hosting for one year - sponsored by Google and Yola. The hope is that during this time business owners will have plenty of time to experience the benefits of having an online presence and see the value of renewing their subscription. After a year we go one step further and allow you to renew at a discounted rate. The cost to renew your Yola Bronze hosting package as a GBBO customer is 17.95 GBP.

Yola offers the most comprehensive solution for small businesses to launch and grow their online presence and the most affordable prices. If there is anything further we can do to assist you, please let us know.

Thanks for your answer Monique, but to clarify, the GBP17.95 is for what? A month, a year, or does that just start the Bronze package up with normal Bronze package fees thereafter?

Hello J Blackmore

GBP17.95 is the discounted annual price for another year. From next year on, you will be able to renew Yola Bronze at the normal package price of GBP26.95 annually or GBP2.95 monthly.

We hope that Yola has convinced you, and you're welcome to post more if you have further questions.

Hi J Blackmore

Correction: The information with GBP26.95 is wrong. The annual fee of GBP17.95 will apply for all subsequent years perpetually.

My apologies for this error.
