Domain has expired

2 months ago my domain expired and when i tried to renew it i couldnt; then i found out that if i unpublish my site i would be able to get it back so i did it but i still wasnt able to get it back and a staff member from the yola support team told me that i would just have to wait until they put my domain out for sale again and it could take days; weeks or even months for them to do that and up untill now i still dont have my domain; I really need my site to be up and running again. its bad for my business! is there anybody that can really help me? young mick3y of youngmick3y.com

Domain availability is not something that Yola has any control over ....ICANN is the governing authority for the non-country code domains, such as .com, .net, .org, .info, and the like. Sometimes it does take months and all you can do is keep trying to get the name first once ICANN releases it to be used again.

As KanThaiDecor said - there is nothing we can do it is just a case of waiting until it has been released.

Maybe Mickey could create a free sub domain of he same name to get going then combine it with his .com domain once it is available.
