Hello Chris,

Ecwid have a facility for Inventory tracking which is an upto the minute facility of any specific item displayed. It will send a message to the administrator at a critical level as determined by the admin.

The link for this is:http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/51200671/I...

You can also download your catalogue as a CSV file which should include the current stock levels of products then you can do with it what you like in a spreadsheet or access database for example.

Hey Gop,

Thanks again for yet another answer!

I have the inventory tracker set up to set me alerts, but not exactly what I was looking for....

The CSV file ends up just being an excel file with the web address to each item, not a current stock report....

I don't have stock levels on this file because the stock is unlimited with about a million plants (true!) If it runs out we just advise the customer. An organisational impossibility at this stage.

I presume that you downloaded this from your catalogue file?

I just updated all of the info, and everything is now complete, but the report still looks the same. No mention of stock levels or even reference numbers....
