I would like to stop my account payments temporarily for a few months as I dont have a job just now. I don't want to completely close my account down though just stop the payments temporarily until I can afford them again. How do I do this?
In order to stop our billing, you would need to cancel your subscription packages with us. Under the e-mail address you use for this forum I wasn't able to find a Yola account, so I wasn't able to see which subscriptions you have with us and when they are due for renewal. If you can't pay for your next domain renewal, I'm afraid that you will probably lose this domain. We can always cancel your hosting packages for you, and you'll be able to upgrade again when you can afford it. To keep your domain, however, you will need to pay for it, depending on the subscription period you have for your domain.
To cancel subscriptions, please send us your request using our Contact Support Form, and make sure you use the e-mail address associated with your Yola account. We'll be able to assist you then.
