My mail is configured correctly. However, I am unable to send out messages from Outlook. It gives me an outgoing error message of unable to connect to SMTP outgoing email server. Can you help?
My IT people say I may have gotten on your blacklist. Can you correct this issue?

Hello wrightike,

You could try switching the SMTP port setting to 587 or 8025, in case port 25 is barred by your provider.

Hello Brad

Have you made sure that the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" checkbox is selected? If not is not, please click it, and retry.
