Hi Dan,

You can publish a site to a subdomain, but not a page. If you wanted to have a members page, the address would be teamironblood.org/members.php (the normal page link).

You can create a new site and publish it to a subdomain, as you would for a normal domain that you own. Contact your domain registrar and set up the subdomains (make sure they're pointed to SynthaSite). When you publish your site, choose option 3 (a domain you already own) and it should work!

Hi,

if i understand correctly, I would be able to publish to a subdomain (eg blog.mysite.com) by making a new site. Is there a way to share pages and files between two different sites created with synthasite, or would I have to upload everything again and redo the pages?

Also, would this technically count as 2 sites for search engines and analytics purposes? Thanks!

Unfortunately you won't be able to share between sites - you would need to upload and redo the site from the beginning.

With regard to SEO and analytics, it would be regarded as two sites.

is sharing files and design between sites on Synthasite's "to do" list for the near future, or is this something that I should not set my hopes on? thnx!

It is something that we have discussed, but right now we haven't got any concrete plans to implement it. However, we will definitely take note of this request. We like to hear what our users need as this helps inform our priorities. By all means keep talking to us about this so that we can see how important this feature would be to you and others.

Thanks for your note. This is something really important for me as I plan to do a Spanish version of my site and was thinking about publishing to a subdomain or another domain altogether.
