Hello Makiko,

If you are a Yola Silver user, you have access to our Submenu feature! To find out more information about this useful feature, please see: Tutorial: Creating Submenus.

If you are not a Silver user, then an alternative route is to create subpages.

In regards to your videos, while it is possible for you to upload .m4v files to your site, there may be certain restrictions.

1. Size - WIth Yola Free, you can only upload 15MB at one time. With Yola Silver, you have the option to upload 100MB.

2. Application - We don't currently have a video application which will play your video. You will need to use an outside source such as YouTube or MetaCafe and then embed this into your site using the HTML Widget. Please see: Upload my own Video for further details.

I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
