Hello John,

Can you tell us your published website address?

If it isn't published the style template you are using?

You bet! www.courtlandwoodworks.com.
The style is Modern Interiors "Premium"
Do you need the faulty submenu live for testing?

Ok, it is live now with errors. You can see my subpage titled "Hardwood Samples" sitting below the banner to the right. It is supposed be sitting below "Our Work" in submenu fashion. Thanks Gop.

When I insert the submenu, it appears above the facebook and tweet and google +1 icons. Crazy

Hi John,

I have played around with Modern Interiors and it seems that the place you describe is where the sub-menus are placed also.

I would still like to have a look at your site with the sub-menus to compare and make sure it is exactly where i am seeing it on the play site.

I have published this site to http://knows-picker.yolasite.com so you can also see. Submenu: witawat

Nope. I don't know how to move the sub-menus so I can't advise you with this.
It's not a feature I use so I don't even know what other styles would offer you an alternative placement. Always a hard call to suggest a change of style I know as you probably spent a lot of time on this selection.
I wish I could offer you something more helpful, John. Apologies.

Man Gop! That's quite alright my friend. You spent some time with me tonight and I appreciate that! I'll call tech support tomorrow and see what they come up with. Gop, do you work for Yola?

Hi John,

From what I can see, you are using a Premium Style where the submenu is split by the banner. This is how that particular style is designed. We have a list of the Premium Styles, and how the submenus are displayed in each of them: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article....

There may be some CSS editing you can do to change this. I'm referring this thread to our HTML team and they'll let you know if there are any CSS options you can use.

Thank you Justine! I was hoping the sub-menu tool would provide a drop down menu under the main page tab. Is this possible with any styles?

Hello John

Unfortunately it is not possible with Yola yet to create drop down menus.
If you are a little knowledgeable about CSS and have Yola Silver, you can try this CSS drop down menu maker: CSS3Menu.

Thanks Stefan, I'll give it a whirl.
Is there any plans in the future to provide us with this option within Yola? Seems like a basic feature that website creating sites have.

John, we are aware of it, but there is no plan for it at the moment. Still it is an interesting feature, and we may take it into consideration in future.
