My online quote submission form isnt working. Its not sending the messages to my email address.

Hi,

There are 4 reports on this issue at this time. I think that the Yola people will need to investigate this and solve it for you

hello everyone
i have the same problem i'm not receiving submitted forms

I am not receiving the forms that are being submitted through my website.
i have checked my Spam/Junk mail folder
and i have the correct email address.

Please Help.

We are investigating this on our end but so far our testing has not shown any issues with receiving form submissions. Can you please confirm if you are still having problems receiving your form submissions?

I run a caravan letting business and have a booking form on my website. Right up until I upgraded to the Bronze package from the free package it was sending perfectly. I've just been informed by a customer that it is not working and having checked it myself, the email address is correct but it never arrives at my email address.

Help urgently required as I am losing business!!!!

I am having this issue today. It was working earlier, but my test emails are not coming through. I have change the "send to" email address three times, and the form is not arriving at any email address. This is URGENT.

Hello all

There was an intermittent problem with the form submissions of the Yola Form Widget. The issue has been solved, and after clearing cache and cookies of your browser, your Yola Form should work again. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
