submissions not reaching email

i have this website with a form i made on yolasite, i told a friend to submit there and he did but i did not receive his submission on my email, i kept refreshing over and over again but nothing came out so i went to my website and tried to submit it by my self but still it did not reach my email, any help please? reasons or how to fix it?

There was an error with our form e-mail system, and we've fixed it. Please clear cache and cookies and retry. If the problem persists, please make sure to check your spam folder of your e-mail programme as well.
