Submittal forms not being sent to specified email address.

Submittal forms say they are successfully being submitted, but are not being delivered to specified email address. Checked junk and checked all form settings and all are setup correctly. Worked earlier today.

I have checked the form on your Contact us page. When I checked your e-mail address in the settings, I could see a strange row of blank spaces behind the e-mail address. That might have been the problem.

First I cleared the spaces and temporarily replaced your e-mail by my e-mail address to check if it works for me. There were no problems at all, I received the form submission successfully.

Then I replaced my e-mail by your e-mail address again, but this time I made sure that there aren't any blank spaces before or behind the address. After that I republished your site and sent a test e-mail via the form. Can you please check in your e-mail account if you received it? The sender is Yola Support, and the text is about "This is a test message".

If you didn't get it, can you please first try setting up a different e-mail address for the form and see if that works? If still no luck, please come back to us on this thread, and we'll investigate further. Thanks.

All the test forms I filled out finally showed up after midnight so not sure what was blocking them from being sent yesterday after the last one I received around 3pm. I tried clearing the email fields and retyping them on all our contact forms several times, but none of them were coming through. Somehow something must have cleared after midnight to allow them to be sent. Thanks for checking on it. It does appear to be working today.

Great, that seems to be good news! Occasionally there can be a temporary glitch with the Form Widget (very rare though), so what you can always try as well is to delete the Form Widget and set it up again from scratch if that isn't too much of a mission for the form you have.
