Subpage - Question

When you create a page in yola and give a name e.g. www.mysite.com/page how do you create a subpage of this e.g. www.mysite.com/page/subpage as the yola page name popup will not let you enter slashes /

?

Hello James,

Good question! All subpages in Yola are on the same level, so in essence, if you want to have a subpage of a page, you just need to create the page, and then create a link to it from the first page. Here is a link to a tutorial with more information: Creating Subpages. I hope this helps!

No I mean create a page which is as follows

www.mysite.com/page/otherpage

Its the /otherpage following the /page I want to create, as Yola doesn't allow you to put a / in the page name.

Hello James,
Yes, this is not possible. You can create subpages, but not 3rd tier subpages. If you create the page "otherpage" you can link to it from "page" using a text link. It will look like http://mysite.com/otherpage.php even if it is linked to from http://mysite.com/page.php. I hope that helps!

This should be a feature, makes sites more organized.
