If paying for Yola hosting (Yola Bronze or Yola Silver) on a monthly subscription basis, at any time, can the monthly subscription be canceled without incurring early termination fees?

Hello jae.info,

If you purchase a monthly subscription package, you can cancel at any time. There is no early termination fee. However, you need to keep in mind that if you should cancel say in the middle of the month, your subscription will continue to the end of the month.

I hope that answers your question. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Hi,
I would like know what happens to domain and SMTP settings if I don't renew my subscription (Sliver)?

Will I still be able to keep the domain name and Email settings for the domain?

Thank you.

Hi Krish,

You will not be able to use a custom domain with a Yola site without a hosting package, such as Bronze or Silver. I'm not sure the effect it will have on your email without knowing where it is hosted but it's likely it will not work if your domain is no longer hosted.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. My email (http:\\mail.mydomain.co.uk) is hosted using Google Apps for business.

Can you please sugget if I can still access my emails (ex: contact@mydomain.co.uk) if I don't renew my subscription?

Thanks for your time.

Hi Krish,

If you are planning to transfer your domain to another host you will need to update your mail settings before you can access your mail.
