I've renewed my subscription, but my site is not published. I've tried publishing and am getting the message that it is published, but when I go to the site, it says it's not available. Help!

Hello Javi Avila

Your domain http://www.prodigygloves.com/ is up an running on my end, and I can view your website without problems. Please clear your browser's cache and cookies, and retry.

However, I can confirm that your domains chainbaseballgloves.com and ChainSoftball.com aren't available. This is because these two domains expired in June 2012 already, and they weren't renewed. Didn't you get our notification e-mails and reminders in your Yola account to renew your domains?

I'm afraid to tell you that also the grace period for renewing your domains is over, and the domains have been locked until they are released for resale. The only way to get them back would be to wait until the waiting period is over, and then try to repurchase them with Yola. This waiting period is unfortunately beyond Yola's control, and takes 2-3 months after expiry.

You're welcome to try and register them again under your name as soon as the waiting period is over.

Please let me know if you have questions or need further assistance.
