Support contact from giving server error 500, Yola Mail not working leaving me without support

Currently my Yola Mail wont send emails. This has been for nearly 24h

Ive contacted yola support through the contact page and as i cant reply with y registered email that's is not working they say raise a new ticket as we cant reply to this gmail account.

Trying to raise a ticket and getting constant server 500 errors

Now its a business email which i need up and running and im getting errors on all devices and Webmail says "your message cant be sent at this time, try again later"

I cant get through to support on any channels and replies have stopped to my gmail account as it not my registered email. So what the hell am i supposed to do.

We all have issues and it wouldn't normally be a problem but when i cant get through to support to sort the problem out due to server errors and staff asking me to reply on the email which wont work and i have advised that surely im banging my head against a brick wall.

I dont know what to do anymore

Ive had a reply to an email now advising its been passed to a specialist so hopefully this will get sorted, it makes it hard when i cant reply to any of the emails they send asking for further information AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I'm very sorry for the problems you're encountering with Yola at the moment. This really sounds frustrating.

I'd like to investigate on these issues for you. You mention in your last post that our Support has been in touch with you via e-mail, is that correct? I can't find any recent e-mail conversations under the gmail e-mail address you use for this forum. Can you please let me know the e-mail address to which we sent you a reply? If your Yola Mail e-mail address isn't working at the moment, we will need to communicate with you through another e-mail address of yours.

Once I can track your e-mail conversation with us, I'll be able to look into the Yola Mail issues you're reporting.

We'll also be looking in the 500 error on form submission. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for this info. I was able to locate your e-mail case in our system and can assure you that it's being dealt with. We will need to get more information from our domain partner before we can give you a response. Please follow up with us on the Yola Mail issue via e-mail. I've logged a ticket for our engineers with regard to the 500 error and will update you on this thread as soon as there are any news.

OK thanks for the reply, how long am i likely to be down for as its my business email and very important, are talking hours or days.

I will have to take my email account elsewhere is its not sorted very soon. Im not saying that to be awkward but its effecting my whole business as im an online retailer
