Support Email Ticketing suggestion

My suggestion is for an email support ticketing system inside, or at least with access from, inside the Yola sitebuilder. It would be really helpful, when having a problem while in the sitebuilder, to be able to submit a ticket to Yola support directly. It could show up in the small upper right menu where "Sites," "Log Out," and "Get Help" are now.

Not sure I've explained this or argued my case very well. Maybe someone else can better describe what I'm thinking of.

Hi Margie,

This is already in place. You can email support directly from within the Sitebuilder. Click on the drop down arrow next to "get help", then chose "contact support". Fill out the form and send it through to support.

I've used that, Kershnee. The addition I'd love to see would be an option in that drop down to go directly to support "tickets," where the responses back and forth would be in one place.

Not complaining about the current service at all. Just wanting one more thing! :)
