Support emails not getting through.

Hi there All,

Unfortunately we are having a problem with some email clients marking our support@yola.com email as spam. (Gmail being one of them)

If you have emailed us and haven't received a reply, please check your Spam folder. If the email is there you can tag the email as "Not Spam" and the following emails will not get caught by your Spam filter. If you have not received any reply at all, please let us know.

We are working on fixing the problem and will hopefully have it back to normal soon.

can you get e-mails from hotmail and yahoo?? if you don't know i will to a e-mail to you and see if you can recive hotmail and yahoo e-mails form other peeps!!

Haven't had any complaints in the last couple of days. Hopefull this is now solved. If anyone still has a problem getting any of our replies, please let us know.

I have similar problem today, my site is not avilable and I sent emails to the customer support, but , I always reieve an immediate reply, this time not?

I do see an email from you in the inbox. I am going to answer it right now, sorry for the lag time, we could be having a problem with email making it to us and there is an engineer looking into it right now.

Hi , I sent three emails about a client's site--the third one has my email address but maybe replies were still sent to my client or his spam? the site is www.monkeymadness.biz
