Hello Ricardo,

Thanks for your reply.

I checked the files on your site, one is a .rar file which won't play in the Flash Widget.  It looks like you're trying to upload a flash player which is not required.  The Flash Widget will use the flash feature installed on your computer or browser.

I downloaded the .swf file to my computer, and it can't be opened.  'IO Error' is the short form of 'Input/Output Error' and means that the loading itself is not possible, so it appears that there is an issue with the .swf file itself.

I'd suggest contacting the file provider for a new version of the .swf, then add it to your page using only the .swf and the Flash Widget.

Please remember your inquiries are always welcome.

Hi Ricardo,

The .swf file you uploaded won't open because there's something wrong with it.  It won't work on any flash player.

Please feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.
