I have a website and would like to change the name of the website and use Yola. Can this switch happen today? Also on my other website, it has this message on it, "This web page at www.karlyune.com has been reported as an attack page and has been blocked based on your security preferences."

Can I have Yola take over my initial website and change the name? Thanks!

Hello Joshua,

The notice of attack and malware is linked to your site within your domain. If you move your domain or repoint your domain without cleaning your content the issue is likely to remain.

The real solution is to remove the threat and re-submit it to the malware police or wait for clearance.

Hello Joshua

Unfortunately it's not possible to import websites which haven't been made using our Yola Sitebuilder. You can transfer your domains to us provided they have the extensions .com, .net, .org, or .biz. A transfer would take up to 12 days and can only be done if the domains have been registered for more than 60 days with your current registrar. This is a general rule which is beyond our control. Once done, you'd need to rebuild your website(s) from scratch with Yola Sitebuilder.
