Synthasite blog tags not working

I've added a blog to my Synthasite as my index page. Everything is working fine except that the Tags widget says "you haven't posted anything with tags yet" even though I've applied 4 tags to my first post. I tried editing the different options that the tag widget allows (inline vs tag cloud, #of tags displayed, etc) and have not been able to resolve it. All my tags are single words, and I've separated them with spaces as the instructions indicate.

All other blog widgets (archives, categories, recent posts) are working fine.

This sounds like a bug. Can you tell us what browser and operating system you are using so that we can try to replicate it on our side?

Can you also tell me what the 4 tags are that you have used so I can try to follow the same steps you are following.

I hope we can figure this out and get the widget working properly for you.

Hi,

My main browser is Firefox 3.0.3, and main operating system is Windows XP. The 4 tags I've listed are: "cosmic sensorium statement perception" and I listed them as I have here.

My index page is at CosmicSensorium.synthasite.com

Hi there,

I've tried to replicate the problem and the tags seem to work for me, would you mind opening the site in the Site Builder and clicking on Help > Contact Support. This will give us more information to help you.

I sent a note to support as you've suggested, thanks! Right now I just noticed that the tags do work on another blog I have on the same site, just not on the index page. I'm not sure if this is related, just wanted to put it out here... again, thanks!

hi! any news on how to resolve this? I tried creating a new blog index page and replacing the old one to see if the tags would work - no luck. The other blog on the same site is working great. I also tried replicating the same site with the index as a blog and it seemed to work. Should I just redo my whole site?

I added a blog entry on my web page, and the added tags do not show up in the tag list.
Is there a limit on the number of tags ?
I actually do not have that many.
Previously, the tags seemed to load with no problem.
I am using Firefox 3.5.6.

I re-published my site, and I can confirm that the Tag listing is now showing correctly.

Okay, so I assume since it's working for Pablo, it is probably not a general problem but something I must be doing wrong here on my side. I did re-publish my site but the problem remains the same.....
I appreciate any kind of hints and help.
