Synthasite does not reply to my email.

Synthasite eventually transferred my domain name to another host, but did not provide me with login detail. Consequently, I'm unable to login in "Network Solutions" to manage my account and privacy. I do not want my name and address to be published on whois.

Network Solutions sent me the following message"

"We are unable to log you in.

The User ID is associated with a participant of our Reseller Program who registered a domain name or service on your behalf.

To manage your domain names or services, please contact the Reseller."

The reseller is synthasite but they do not reply to my emails or provide me with the ID and password... What do I do????

As yet no one replied to my email. The first one was sent on the 13/12/2008

IT IS AN URGENT MATTER, I DO NOT WANT MY NAME AND ADDRESS PUBLISHED ON WHO IS.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SEND ME THE DETAILS REQUESTED: ID AND PASSWORD.

THIS SITE NO LONGER BELONGS TO YOU AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO KEEP MY ID AND PASSWORD.

My patience is running out....

The emails was sent minutes ago and makes no sense, since synthasite no longer owns my domain and refuses to disclose my ID and password. My domains has been transferred to JustHost.com and a refund has been made to my Paypal account:
