Update: 14 October 2008

We started the release of our new features last night, and we were live for a few hours this morning. However, we have some further work to do in making sure all our new features are fully functional.

We’re releasing a bunch of big new features at the same time and the update is taking a bit longer than we expected. We’ve had so many new users join us over the past couple of months that its taking a while to update everything.

In the meantime, your published sites are available and we expect to have the site builder available for login soon. Thanks for your patience. You’ll love the new features we’re releasing.

It looks like the site is back up but apparently ALL of my saved work from earlier today is now gone. Do you anticipate this being restored later?

So there is light at the end of the tunnel after all.

Just thought I would include a picture of myself to cheer up
all the reps who have been stressing the whole day over
the new update.

I'm the one on the table (for those who never saw the old tv series)
Giving away my age hey. Boomer was a school nickname of mine.

Anyway I guess the caption should read " I'm empty without SynthaSite"
Cheers.

I really like synthasite very much and use it to branch off my e commerce site for larger high res photos and anything else I can think of....VERY easy to use...Any thoughts of hosting full blown e commerce retailer sites ?

This is definitely something you could do with SynthaSite. We have a number of e commerce retailer sites, and we've just made it easier through our latest release of our integration with PayPal
