Hi Shaquille

Are you saying that you get a warning from your virus software when you try to post to Get Satisfaction? I find it hard to imagine why that would happen. Let me know if this is what you meant?

Hi Harry
While it is good that you are sharing your problem with us and I do sympathize with you I do want to caution everyone to NOT click on the link that Harry provided.

If your computer is unprotected and that is indeed a virus or Trojan you are leaving yourself open to attack.

Could one of the company reps please edit out that URL.

Sorry Jeremy I only asked that the URL be removed. If Harry had an actual issue that needed resolution I would hate to see it go unresolved. Sadly my mind is elsewhere and I do not recall the reply he made well enough...

Thanks for getting it out of reach of the unprotected though ;)

Not a problem Ed,
Unfortunately you can't just remove the URL.

Happy - apologies for removing your comment - As you can imagine we would not want unsuspecting users clicking on a link to a corrupt file.

It seemed that the file you uploaded to your site - brmd.avi was corrupted. i would suggest removing it from your site and seeing if you can get a clean version of it.

If you need any more assistance, please let me know.

Jeremy,
I haven't downloaded any .avi. I too have scanned computer twice searching everything including hidden files. Nothing come up. I have another website using
.synthasite and Norton 360 has no problem with it. I also created another site after deleting "explore pa" and i don't get the virus message. The report given by Norton after all scans were done, says virus has been "blocked - Resoved no further action". Strange i was still getting the message.

Hi Harry,
Did you not have that file on your site?

We have had an issue with Norton lately - It appears that someone created a site and uploaded some malware and hosted it on our servers. Norton Safe Web then erroneously flagged all yolasite subdomains as unsafe.
We have removed the offending site from our servers and have contacted Norton Web Safe to appeal and to find out why they flagged all our subdomain hosted sites, instead of only the site in question.

If you have any more info for us, please let us know

Shaq, Get AVG 8.0 Its free and good.

The problem your having is due to software you may have installed.

When Spyware.Marketscore is installed on a computer, it starts a proxy service. Once this service runs, all the Internet connections will be routed through the Marketscore's proxy (OSSProxy).

One of the 2 is happening,

1. You found a nice program and it had the spyware bundled up with it.

2. You set your browser to run through a proxy which makes it come up.

Get AVG 8.0 Scan your entire PC and tell us the results.

Good luck.
