I have looked at the site you have linked to.

They have used a secondary menu builder for the vertical menu with flyouts. There are many of these builders freely availble on the web. I'll do some searching and get back here with the references.

You can also create them through www.cooltext.com. They have a circle shape. You can even do mouseovers with them. Save them and then upload to your site. Be sure to copy the code and then insert them into a HTML widget.

We can help you with this process.
