tags and keyword blog support on yola

when I click on a blog tag, then "show all posts" I am redirected off my page to Yola's home page - this has one on for more than a month and has not been fixed within Yola, any help?

Hmmm.... sounds like there is a 404 error somewhere.

Yep... that's what I'm getting. It says that the url does not exist. I would recommend sending a note to support@yola.com and explain to them this situation.

I click on the word cloud tag "strategy"
I click on the page that comes back "show all posts" and I am sent, ultimately to "http://www.yola.com/"

On 7/17 I was promised an answer from Yola through email.

On 7/22 I asked for an update from Yola on this.

It is 7/29 and I have still not heard word or update on this.

I am really sorry about this and I can see how waiting for a bug fix is frustrating for you. I can assure you that the bug has been reported and is in process, but I am not in a position to tell you when a fix will be available. Answers to questions are available 24/7, any day of the week, but bugs are a great deal trickier.

As soon as a fix is released I will certainly post an update.

If the bug is being fixed then scheduled communication on the progress if the or new challenges working on a fix helps me know I am being heard and the issue has someone's attention.

In absence of information, I can only believe I am not being heard.

I understand. I can tell you that work on this bug was done yesterday, but nothing conclusive from engineering yet. I will watch the ticket daily until a fix is released.

Hi there,
I know this is frustrating, and I know we keep saying that which I am sorry for. Unfortunately this is still not a bug that has gone out as of yet. We are hoping for a fix soon, and will let you know when one is in place. I do have your email in support and can update you from there as well.

Sorry about that. The problem was that this thread had been set as a question which only has a way to moderate of "Answered"; although the problem was not solved (because we are working on it), the question had been answered.

I have changed the topic type to Problem and marked it as "In Progress". I have spoken with an engineer and this has been fixed and is set to tentatively go out in the next week to 10 days. Thanks again for your patience, I will be very excited when I am able to post here that the fix is complete as I am sure you will be too :)

I will be very excited to laud Yola to clients and people looking to manage and build their site - this has held up some of my touting of Yola's, otherwise, brilliant product and attention.

The reason the site does not return to my blog is the redirect goes to www.amajorc.com/blog and not www.amajorc.com/blog.php

There is no bug, it just needs to direct to /blog.php

Please ask those working on a fix that if they could replace the CSS in my page from www.amajorc.com/blog to www.amajorc.com/blog.php that is all I need.

Thanks for the fix. Yola is a great service and I am happy that there was an opportunity to resolve something I found did not work like I expected.

I am really happy to report that the bug has been fixed and you won't be redirected to Yola's home page any longer when you click on "Show all posts". We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked on that.

To incorporate the fix into your site you just need to re-publish your site. You can do this by clicking on the "Update Site" button.

Hi, I am having the same issue. All my tags are linking to a 404 error page. Also if I click on "continue reading" it serves me the same 404 page. Please help!

I'm afraid that we won't be able to fix this error. We stopped supporting the Yola Blog Widget a while ago, and while it's still available for users who started it, it's not for new users any more.

In order to blog on your Yola website, I'd suggest that you switch to Tumblr who do a much better job on blogs than Yola. This is why we have integrated with Tumblr, and you will be able to use our Tumblr Widget to add your Tumblr blog to your Yola website.

I'm sorry I don't have better news for you with regard to the Yola Blog.
