Hey yola users,
My advice:
Don't limit yourselves in the features that yola offers, discover the great things you guys can do by applying html/css/javascript codes. There are hundreds of html/css/javascript tutorials online, study them, learn them, create them!
To run a successful busyness... you have to constantly be bettering it , the features in yola are limited and sooner or later you will reach a limit.
Don't get me wrong, the features in Yola are great, but I think also learning coding is always a good thing. :)

Thank you for the suggestion, Miguel.

You will find lots of html tips and hints for Yola here in this forum as well. Here is a link to a thread that has information on making buttons. http://getsatisfaction.com/SynthaSite...

Hi Miguel,

What you say about learning extended stuff is excellent and I guess we look forward to the day when CSS is available for Yola users. I hope so.

As far as the brick wall aspect I'm not so sure that we're anywhere near that. When you look at a site like honeybearplayhomes.com that's pretty well been created within the limitations of not using the stuff you mention.

I'm sure Ed, the creator is an extraordinary thinker, that's true, but it also goes to show that we're a long way from the precipice and still not running out of routes to go down. Having said that, it may have been easier to use languages and codes other than what we have available. I guess necessity is the mother of.....
