I was registering my domain and I kept on getting a message to check security code. American Express. It was correct but not sure if completed or not. Did this three - four times. Did I pay four times or was there an error?

Hi Deborah,

I am sorry you are having this problem. We are aware of this problem with American Express Cards and our engineers are working on fixing this issue.

In the meantime, I would suggest using an alternate credit card or PayPal.

You will also be able to pay via credit card using the PayPal option. Here's how:

1. Open your site in the site builder.
2. Click on the "Publish my Site" or "Update my Site" button.
3. Go through the steps to purchase your domain and choose the PayPal option when you get to that point.
4. A new window will open and you will be able to purchase your domain via PayPal.com.

I see you are using American EXpress Cards. On the front of the card there is a four numerals. I solved my problem by using these four numerals for security code

I had the same problem with my Visa card...got charged twice, never actually got my domain name, and am super pissed!

Our payments team will be happy to assist you. Please reply with the subdomain your site is published to and the domain name you were trying to purchase. If your site is not published to a subdomain please email support@yola.com with your login email so our team can look into the issue further.

I have had this same problem and just posted a question about it, I have tried about 6/7 times to purchase my domain and each time have been told that there was a problem with the form or that the transaction cannot be processed. Have I now been charged for each of these attempts?

I have a Maestro card and South Africa my bank does not do paypal. Does this mean I cant make a payment.Contacted customer service, no help.

Hi Trish - if you would like to use your debit card, please try by choosing the PayPal option instead of the credit card option. PayPal allows you to use your debit card.
