Tal.ki forum not trustworthy: With a great trust that Yola will only suggest those marketing tools which are trustworthy and support the customers as Yola does, but, unfortunately we bought tal.ki forum 4 months ago and now face problem in logging, which has drastically reduced our viewership and participation, and tal.ki people don't respond to any of our queries. After our repeated request they didn't even give heed to our problem for last 3 months. Through this forum, we would like to request YOLA team to kindly remove Tal.ki from your sitebuilder panel, so that people are not misguided and suggest community members here to please discourage buying tal.ki forum. Hi Climate Himalaya,

I am very sorry to hear that. We have had some previous concerns about Tal.ki not being as responsive as we would like to customer needs but had always been able to resolve problems with our partnership representatives in the past. We have reached out to them regarding your case and hope to have an update for you soon. In the meantime I will pass on your suggestion to remove them from the Sitebuilder to our Product and Engineering teams.

Tal.ki forum's have stopped showing? Worked fine for about a week and now this is the second day that it has not displayed. I have received a few disputes about it (via my website) and I've tried what I can do to fix the problem but it did not help. Even adding a new Tal.ki forum doesn't display. Is this going to be fixed?

Hi Anton,

This is a recurring theme unfortunately.

Suggest that you go for another forum that has a better track record eg Nabble which can be directly embedded or a php forum or similar and bring it in with an iframe onto your site.

I just wanted to follow up here and let you know that we removed Tal.ki from the Sitebuilder. Our Business Development team will work to source a new forum partner who meets our standards for service and support.

This was a bad decision in my opinion. Every time i have ever used tal.ki it work perfectly for me. Also, i can't access the Nabble fourm HTML. It would be nice if someone would post the HTML into a reply.

Hello Freed G

I'm sorry that we currently cannot offer you a Forum Widget for your Yola website. Nabble has been working for a lot of our users, but I think posting HTML code will not be of much help for you because this code may be customized to the user's settings who created it on Nabble.com.
