Hi Shane,

I'm confused by that as well. I thought I had posted a reply here already and while I agree that the problem isn't solved, sadly there's nothing Yola can do about this. Tal.ki became non-responsive with us a year ago so we removed our integration with them. I have changed the topic type to a question and marked it as answered and I'm sorry we don't have a better solution for you.

Just to follow up, I see the reason for my confusion. There was a duplicate thread by the same poster I replied to here.

It seems it goes down every few months. I hate to think my hosts and I would have to start over with a new product. Thank you for the email link, I'll contact and see if they have an idea when it will be back up.

Is there a better, more reliable forum to use? I'd be interested.

Hello,

I posted this on another thread but wanted to share it here as well:

I also see their website is not responding but I was unable to locate any announcement indicating that they had officially closed down. That said, we removed them from our Sitebuilder about a year ago because of their lack of customer support for members having problems. I think it's a safe bet that they are no longer in business.

I'm sorry I don't have better news for you regarding this.
